Ingredients:
1 medTomato Chopped Coarsely
1/2 cupSliced Cucumbers
1/2 cupAlfalfa Sprouts
1/4 cupChopped Sweet Red Pepper
1/4 cupChopped Green Pepper
1/4 cupCelery
1/8 tbspCoarsely Ground Pepper
1/4 cupLow Cal. Italian Salad
Dressing
1/2 cup(2 Oz.) Shredded Swiss
2 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
Rounds Cut in Half
Crosswise
Procedures:
1Combine tomato, cucumbers, alfalfa, red & green peppers, celery, pepper & italian salad dressing in a medium bowl.
2Toss well.
3Set aside.
4Divide cheese evenly into pocket bread halves, cover with paper towels & microwave at medium-high power for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese melts.
5Open sandwiches, & stuff with equal amounts of vegetable mixture.
6Serve immediately.
