Down south pork barbeque

Ingredients:
-CRANE ALDEN
5 lbsPork roast
2 largeOnions, sliced
6 Cloves
2 cupWater
1 Bbq sauce, 16 oz. bottle of
-your choice
1 largeOnion, chopped
Procedures:
1Place half the sliced onion in the bottom of a crockpot.
2Add meat,cloves and water.
3Add the remaining sliced onion.
4Cover and cook overnight or 8 to 12 hours on low.
5Remove bone and fat from meat.
6Discard onions, cloves and water.
7Shred the meat and put it back in the pot.
8Add chopped onion and the bbq sauce.
9Cook another 1 to 3 hours on high or 4 to 8 hours on low, stirring seversl times.
10Serve on large buns.
11If your sauce has a lot of sugar in it, stir more frequently to prevent burming.
