Eighteen minute spinach pita calzone

Ingredients:
15 ozRicotta, part-skim
8 ozMozzarella, low-fat, grated
4 ozVirginia ham, chopped
1/4 cupParmesan cheese, grated
10 ozFrozen chopped spinach
6 each2 oz pita breads
2 tspOlive oil
Procedures:
1Defrost spinach and squeeze dry.
2Preheat oven to 400 °F.
3Spray cookie sheet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
4Combine ricotta, mozzarella, ham, parmesan and spinach.
5Cut 1" from top of each pita.
6Spoon cheese mixture into pita, dividing evenly.
7Place on prepared cookie sheet.
8Brush tops with oil.
9Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through.
10Serve immediately.
11Serve with tomato salad.
