Milk chocolate fudge

Ingredients:
1 packMilk chocolate chips, 12 oz
3 tbspButter
3/4 cupWalnuts, chopped
2 tspVanilla
1 cupSweetened condensed milk
-Like Eagle Brand or use
-Recipe following
SWEETENED CONENSED MILK
1/3 cupWater
3/4 cupSugar
1 1/3 cupInstant skim milk
4 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Place chocolate in microsafe dish or measuring cup.
2Microwave, uncovered, at medium to medium high power until chocolate appears soft, approx. 3 minutes.
3Stir every minute.
4Do not overheat.
5(or chocolate can be melted in top of a double-boiler over very low heat).
6Stir until melted.
7Remove from heat.
8Stir in condensed milk, butter and vanilla.
9Blend until butter is mixed with the chocolate.
10Stir in nuts.
11Spread mixture into a lightly oiled 8-inch square pan.
12Cool at room temperature.
13Sweetened condensed milk: heat water and sugar in medium saucepan until sugar dissolves, approx. 5 minutes.
14Add butter.
15Heat mixture until butter melts.
16Remove from heat.
17Place instant milk in food processor or blender.
18Pour water/sugar mixture into processor/blender.
19Process until well blended.
20Makes 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk for fudge recipe.
21No leftovers like when you use the canned sweetened condensed milk
