| tsp | Mustard, prepared | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 1 1/2
| cup | Cheese, American, shredded | | | Toast | | | Paprika | | | Tomato slices | | | Bacon, cooked | | | Green chilis, chopped (opt.) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Prepare chicken and set aside. | | 2 | Combine butter, flour, salt, mustard, and milk in top of double boiler to make sauce. | | 3 | Add the cheese and cook until melted. | | 4 | Place chicken on toast and pour sauce over. | | 5 | Sprinkle with paprika. | | 6 | Bake at 450 °F for 10 minutes. | | 7 | Serve with tomato slices and bacon. | | 8 | If desired, garnish with chopped green chiles. | | 9 | Yield: 2-?cups sauce. |
