Procedures:
| 1 | Brown sausage over medium heat, and drain well; add onion, green pepper, and tomato. | | 2 | Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. | | 3 | Remove from heat, and stir in oregano.heat rolls according to package directions; split in half, and set aside.spoon meat mixture on bottom half of each roll; sprinkle with cheese. | | 4 | Bake at 400 °F for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. | | 5 | Top each with lettuce and roll top. | | 6 | Yield: 6 servings. |
