2/3 lbsBologna
2 tbspChili sauce
4 tbspMayonnaise
1 tbspLemon juice
2/3 lbsLiver sausage
3 tbspDill pickle, minced
4 tbspCelery, chopped
2 tspOnion juice
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 Loaf unsliced bread
3 tbspButter
3 sliceBologna
3 sliceLiver sausage
Tomato wedges
Stuffed olives
Procedures:
1Put bologna through food chopper; add chili sauce, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, and lemon juice; mix to a smooth paste.
2Mash live sausage; add pickle, celery, onion juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining mayonnaise; mix to a smooth paste.
3Cut crust from bread, slice in 3 lengthwise slices.
4Place one slice on baking sheet and spread with bologna paste; top with second slice of bread; spread with liver sausage paste.
5Top with remaining slice of bread.
6Spread entire loaf with butter.
7Arrange alternate slices of sausage/bologna on top.
8Bake in moderate oven (350°F) 30 mins.
9Garnish with tomatoes and stuffed olives.
