Ingredients:
1 canSalmon, 15 oz
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 cupBreadcrumbs
1/4 cupSour cream or whipping cream
1/2 tspCurry powder
1 Onion, small minced
1 tsp-Salt
1/4 tsp-Pepper
1 Lemon, juice & rind
SAUCE
2 tbspButter
2 tbspFlour
1 cupMilk
3 tspDill, chopped fresh or dill
Procedures:
1Fat grams per serving: approx. cook time: :15 loaf: empty can(s) of salmon in bowl, undrained, flake and break apart with fork.
2Add remaining ingredients.
3Mix thoroughly, place in microwave ring pan.
4Cover with wax paper and cook on high 6 minutes.
5Let stand 5 minutes.
6Unmold.
7Sauce: melt butter on high 30 seconds.
8Stir in flour.
9Cook at high 30 seconds to 1 minute.
10Stir in milk, slowly.
11Add dillweed and pepper.
12Cook on high, stirring every 1 to 2 minutes till thickened
