Ingredients:

| cup | Cubed cooked chicken | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped red bell pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped cucumber | | 1/2
| cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese | | 1/4
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/2
| tbsp | Dried oregano leaves | | 4 1/4
| oz | Can chopped ripe olives | | 1
| | 14 to 16 inch baguette, cut | | | Horizontally in half |

Procedures:
| 1 | Set oven control to broil. | | 2 | Mix all ingredients except baguette (no kidding..doh!). | | 3 | Spoon about 1 ?cups chicken mixture onto each bread half. | | 4 | Place on ungreased cookie sheet. | | 5 | Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until hot. | | 6 | Cut each half into 3 slices |
