Ingredients:

| x | Hard rolls | | 1 2/3
| lbs | Ground beef | | 1 1/2
| cup | Tomato sauce | | 1
| can | Black olives, chopped | | 6
| x | Hard boiled eggs, chopped | | 2 1/2
| cup | Cheddar cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook beef and drain. | | 2 | Add tomato sauce, olives and cheese. | | 3 | Stir well. | | 4 | Add chopped eggs last. | | 5 | Cook over low heat until cheese milts. | | 6 | Cut the rolls in half and pick out the middle of the roll to make room for the meat mixture. | | 7 | Stuff rolls and wrap in foil. | | 8 | Bake in a 300 oven for 10 to 15 minutes |
