Ingredients:

| cup | White Wine Vinegar | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Paprika | | 1
| dash | Pepper | | 1/2
| med | Garlic Clove | | 1/4
| small | Onion | | 3
| oz | Blue Cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put all of the ingredients, except the blue cheese, into a blender container and blend until the onion is finely chopped. | | 2 | Crumble the blue cheese into the mixture and blend until the cheese is chopped. | | 3 | Store in the refrigerator. | | 4 | Shake the salad dressing mixture before serving over the salad. | | 5 | Makes 2 cups. |
