New yorker pita sandwich

Ingredients:
3/4 lbsBoneless skinless chicken
-breasts, cut into ?
-strips
1/2 cupChopped onion
1/2 cupGreen bell pepper strips
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 canHEINZ Vegetarian Beans in
-Tomato Sauce
2 tbspHEINZ Horseradish Sauce
1/4 tbspSalt
Ds Black pepper
4 Pocket pita breads (5" dia)
8 sliceTomato
Leaf lettuce
Procedures:
1In skillet, saute chicken, onion and green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is tender.
2Stir in beans, horseradish sauce, salt and pepper.
3Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.
4Cut pitas in half and tuck 1 tomato slice and lettuce into each half.
5Fill each with about 1/3 cup bean mixture.
