French toast (egg beaters)

Ingredients:
8 ozEGG BEATERS
1/3 cupMILK
1 tspCINNAMON
1 tspVANILLA
2 tbspMARGARINE
10 eachSLICES WHITE BREAD
Procedures:
1In a shallow bowl, combine egg beaters, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
2In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, melt two teaspoons margarine.
3Dip bread in egg beaters mixture to coat both sides.
4Transfer to skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
5Repeat with remaining margarine and bread.
6Serve with maple syrup or confectioners sugar.
7Makes 5 servings; each = 189 calories, 121 mg sodium, 0 g chol, 6 g fat.
