Beef and tomatoe pie

Ingredients:
3 cupBeef, cooked, cut bite-size
1 cupOnion, chopped
1 cupCelery, thinly sliced
3 Tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cupSwiss cheese, shredded
2 1/4 cupMilk
1/4 cupButter, melted
5 Eggs
1 1/4 cupBisquick
1/2 tspGarlic salt
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350.
2Grease a 13x9x2" baking dish.
3Layer beef, onion, celery, tomatoes and cheese in dish.
4Beat remaining ingred. til smooth, 15 sec.
5In blender on high or 1 min. with electric mixer on high.
6Pour into dish.
7Bake until knife insertted in center comes out clean, 40-50 minutes.
8Cool 5 minutes.
9Garnish with parsley sprigs if desired.
10Serves: 8-10.
