| 1 | Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water. |
| 2 | Mix all other ingredients together in the gallon jug. |
| 3 | Pour yeast/water mixture into jug. |
| 4 | Fill jug halfway full with warm water. |
| 5 | Shake well to mix ingredients and disolve sugar. |
| 6 | Fill the jug to the lower neck with water. |
| 7 | Put a toy balloon on the neck of the jug. |
| 8 | Poke a small hole in the balloon with a needle. |
| 9 | Place in an area that will not be disturbed for three weeks. |
| 10 | The balloon will inflate from the gas while fermenting. |
| 11 | When the balloon starts to deflate the wine is finished. |
| 12 | Do not move the jug while fermenting. |
