Ingredients:
4 cupMaple syrup
1 cupCream
1/4 cupButter
1 cupNut meats, chopped
1 tspLemon extract
Procedures:
1Cook the maple syrup, cream, and butter for 9 minutes after the boiling point is reached.
2Remove from heat, add the nut meats and lemon extract and stir for 5 minutes.
3Pour into buttered pans and when cool, cut into squares
