Ingredients:
1 lbsPowdered sugar
1/2 cupCocoa
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 cupMilk
1 tbspVanilla extract
1/2 cupButter
1 cupNuts, chopped
Procedures:
1In a 1 ?qt. casserole, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together until partially blended (it will be too stiff to blend thoroughly).
2Put butter over top in center of dish.
3Microwave at high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
4If all butter has not melted in cooking, it will as mixture is stirred.
5Blend in nuts.
6Pour into a lightly-buttered 8x4x3" dish.
7Chill 1 hour in refrigerator or 20 to 30 minutes in freezer.
8Cut into squares.
9Makes about 36 squares.
