| 1 | Preheat oven 250. |
| 2 | Place popcorn in a large 4 inch butttred baking pan. |
| 3 | Keep warm in oven. |
| 4 | Combine all ingredients except popcorn in a large saucepan. |
| 5 | Bring to a boil. |
| 6 | Lower head and cook until mixture reaches 250 on a candy thermometer. |
| 7 | Mixture will bubble so watch closely to keep it from boiling over.remove popcorn from oven and pour syrup |
