Ingredients:
1 lbsRed chili peppers, washed &

2 cupRice vinegar
1/2 cupSugar
1/3 cupSalt
1/3 cupSake
1 cupGarlic cloves, peeled
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until a thick paste is formed.
