Avocado cream sauce

Ingredients:
2 Avocados
1 Clove garlic -- quartered
2 tbspFresh chives -- chopped
1 tbspFresh cilantro -- chopped
1/2 tbspFresh tarragon -- chopped
Juice of half a lime
2 tbspButter
1/4 cupLight cream
Procedures:
1In food processor fitted with chopping blade, puree avocado with garlic, lime juice, and herbs.
2Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
3Stir in avocado puree and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
4Add cream and continue to heat, but do not allow to boil.
5Salt to taste and serve.
