Ingredients:

| cup | Butter | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| | Eggs, beaten | | 4
| | Bananas, finely crushed | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream together butter and sugar. | | 2 | Mash bananas. | | 3 | Add lemon juice to mashed bananas. | | 4 | Beat eggs. | | 5 | Add eggs and crushed bananas, to the creamed butter and sugar. | | 6 | Combine well. | | 7 | Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. | | 8 | Add to creamed mixture. | | 9 | Add vanilla. | | 10 | Pour into greased loaf pan. | | 11 | Bake at 350 °F for 60 minutes. | | 12 | Keeps well, refrigerated. | | 13 | Yield 1 loaf. |
