| | Earl Grey tea bags | | 1
| cup | Boiling water | | 3/4
| cup | Brown sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Cocoa | | | Cake: | | 3/4
| cup | Cake flour | | 2
| tsp | Cocoa | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1
| | Egg | | 1/3
| cup | Sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Butter -- melted | | 1/3
| cup | Milk | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place tea bags in heatproof bowl; pour boiling water over. | | 2 | Let steep 8 minures. | | 3 | Remove and discard tea bags. | | 4 | Stir in brown sugar and cocoa. | | 5 | Sift flour with remaining cocoa and baking powder in separate bowl. | | 6 | In large bowl, combine egg with sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla. | | 7 | Stir flour mixture into egg mixture. | | 8 | Spread in buttered 8-inch square baking dish. | | 9 | Pur tea mixture on top. | | 10 | Bake 25 minutes in preheated 350f oven. | | 11 | Cool 5 to 10 minutes. | | 12 | Serve warm. | | 13 | Makes 8 - 10 servings |
