Seafood tetrazzini

Ingredients:
3 tbspFinely chopped onion
2 tbspButter or margarine
10 3/4 ozCream of mushroom soup
Condensed, undiluted
1/2 cupWater
1 cupElbow macaroni
-cooked and drained
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1 cupTuna, shrimp or crabmeat
-flaked & drained
1/3 cupSliced ripe olives
2 tspLemon juice
1/8 tspDried thyme leaves
1/8 tspDried marjoram leaves
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1In a shallow, 1 ?quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish, place 2 tablespoons butter.
2Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 30 seconds.
3Add minced onion to melted butter and heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 2 minutes or until onion is tender.
4Add soup, water and cooked macaroni to onions.
5Blend well.
6Add remaining ingredients, except the second ?cup parmesan cheese to macaroni mixture.
7Combine well.
8Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top.
9Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 10 minutes.
10Lf desired, top can be browned by placing under conventional broiler 3 minutes
