Eggnog mold

Ingredients:
2 packGelatine, unflavored
1/2 cupCold Water
1 canEggnog, chilled
1 cupAlmonds, ground
1 canMandarin Oranges, drained
Coolwhip to taste
Procedures:
1Sprinkle the two envelopes gelatine onto the water to soften.
2Place over low heat, stirring until dissolved.
3Add gelatin to the eggnog, add the almonds.
4Pour into an oiled 5-cup mold.
5Refridgerate until set, about 3-4 hours.
6Unmold and garnish with the mandarin oranges and coolwhip .
