| cup | SUGAR | | 1
| each | EGG | | 3/4
| tsp | SALT | | 3/4
| tsp | VANILLA | | 1/2
| tsp | ALMOND EXTRACT | | 2 1/2
| cup | FLOUR |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 4000°F. | | 2 | Cream crisco, and sugar in a large bowl. | | 3 | Beat in egg. | | 4 | Add salt, vanilla and almond extract. | | 5 | Place dough into cookie press. | | 6 | Press into desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheets, 2" apart. | | 7 | Note: cool on baking sheet for 1 minute and then remove to cooling rack |
