| tsp | Butter or margarine | | 2
| tbsp | Slivered almonds, toasted | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place green beans in a small nonmetal bowl. | | 2 | Sprinkle with water. | | 3 | Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 5 to 6 minutes or just till tender. | | 4 | Let stand, covered, while preparing butter mixture. | | 5 | For butter mixture, in a custard cup micro-cook butter or margarine, uncovered, on 100% power for 30 to 45 seconds, or till melted. | | 6 | Stir in toasted almonds and lemon juice. | | 7 | Drain green beans; spoon butter mixture over green beans. |
