Ingredients:
2 lbsBoneless skinless chicken
Breasts -- cut in 2-inch
Cubes
1 Pineapple -- cut in 2-inch
Chunks
Marinade:
1/2 cupSoy sauce
3/4 cupKetchup
1 cupDry white wine
1 cupOrange marmalade
4 tbspHoney
16 Skewers
Procedures:
1Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl.
2Add chicken and mix well to coat.
3Marinate for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
4Alternate chicken and pineapple pieces on skewers.
5Grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side or to desired doneness
