Ingredients:
4 eachLean pork chops
1/2 tspSalt
Ds Pepper
1 tbspMustard
2 tbspWine vinegar
1/8 tspDried dill weed
17 ozCan fruit cocktail
2 tbspCornstarch
2 tbspCold water
Procedures:
1Sprinkle chops with salt and peper.
2Place in slow-cooking pot.
3Combine mustard, vinegar and dill.
4Drain fruit cocktail; add ?cup syrup from fruit to mustard mixture.
5Pour over chops in pot.
6Cover pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
7Rvmove chops and t urn control to high.
8Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into pot.
9Add drained fruit cocktail, cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
10Spoon fruit sauce over chops
