March pork chops

Ingredients:
4 medLean "white meat" pork
Tenderloins
1/4 cupWorstershire sauce
1/4 cupSoy sauce
2 cupSliced mushrooms
4 ea Green onions, coarsely diced
Including blades
1/2 tspGround coriander
1/2 tspGround celery seed
1/2 tspGround fennel
5 largeGarlic cloves, diced
1 1/2 cupWater
1/2 tspFine ground pepper
3 tbspChevril, dried
Procedures:
1Place pork chops in baking dish.
2Put all other ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly, then pour over pork chops.
3Bake at 450°F for 30 to 45 minutes, or until chops are beginning to brown.
4Turn over once during baking process.
5excellant served with mashed potatoes that have garlic and chevril stirred into them.
6The leftover broth makes a wonderful light gravy.
7crockpot:mix all ingredients but mushrooms and place in crockpot.
8Let cook for 4 hours on high.
9Add mushrooms and let cook 1 additional hour.
