Ingredients:
4 Pork blade steaks, ?
1 tspVegetable oil
1 cupChunky salsa
1/3 cupWater
2 tbspLemon/lime juice
1/2 tspGround cumin
Salt to taste
Procedures:
1Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides.
2Conbine salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops.
3Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked.
