Peach glazed spareribs

Ingredients:

1 can16oz sliced peaches, drained
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 eachGarlic glove, minced
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/4 cupCatsup
1/4 cupVinegar
1 tspSalt
1 tspGround ginger
4 lbsIowa spareribs
Pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Sieve peaches or puree in blender.
2Add remaining ingredients, except ribs.
3Cut ribs in serving size portions, rub with additional salt and pepper.
4Grill, bone side down, over slow coals for 20 minutes.
5Turn again, grill 20 minutes brushing with peach mixture.
