Ingredients:

| each | Garlic glove, minced | | 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Catsup | | 1/4
| cup | Vinegar | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Ground ginger | | 4
| lbs | Iowa spareribs | | | Pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sieve peaches or puree in blender. | | 2 | Add remaining ingredients, except ribs. | | 3 | Cut ribs in serving size portions, rub with additional salt and pepper. | | 4 | Grill, bone side down, over slow coals for 20 minutes. | | 5 | Turn again, grill 20 minutes brushing with peach mixture. |
