Peaches and pork stew

Ingredients:
1 tbspOlive oil
1 1/2 lbsBoneless pork loin, cut in
- ? cubes
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspGround black pepper
2 cupWhole baby onions, frozen
- thaw, drain
1 medGreen pepper, coarsely chop
1 medSweet red pepper, coarse chp
1 tbspFlour
3/4 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspNutmeg
1/8 tspAllspice
1 cupBeef broth
5 1/2 ozPeach nectar
1 lbsRipe peaches, peel, pit
- thick sliced
Procedures:
1Heat oil in 5 qt dutch oven over medium high heat.
2Sprinkle pork with salt & pepper.
3Saute pork in batches for 4 minutes or until browned.
4Remove to paper toweling to drain.
5Reduce heat to medium.
6Add onions, peppers and more oil if needed; saute 8-10 minutes or until onions are slightly golden.
7Whisk flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice into broth until smooth.
8Add to pot along with nectar and pork.
9Cover; simmer 8 minutes.
10Add peaches; cook 4 minutes or until pork and peaches are tender.
