| | Env. au jus mix | | | Turnips, carrots, potatoes | | 2
| | Cloves garlic | | | Flour | | | Salt and pepper | | | Mushrooms (optional) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Stuff garlic into roast. | | 2 | Pat flour, salt, pepper on roast, coating well all over. | | 3 | Place roast in pan and bake for 1 hr. | | 4 | At 425°F. | | 5 | Mix up au jus gravy mix according to directions, pour over roast. | | 6 | Arrange peeled and prepared vegetables around roast, and bake additional 1 ?to 2 hrs. |
