| | Chili seasoning | | | Chili powder to taste | | | Jalapeno pepper juice to | | | Taste | | 1
| tbsp | To 2 tb vinegar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown ground beef in large saucepan, stirring until crumbly; drain. | | 2 | Season with salt and pepper. | | 3 | Add tomatoes and beans. | | 4 | Cook over medium heat until bubbly. | | 5 | Add chili seasoning, chili powder, and pepper juice. | | 6 | Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. | | 7 | Stir in vinegar to bring out the flavor of the spices just before serving. | | 8 | ~ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - |
