Turkey chili - 4

Ingredients:
Vegetable cooking spray
2 lbsRaw ground turkey
2 medGreen peppers, seeded and
- chopped
1 medOnion, chopped
1 medJalapeno pepper, seeded and
- chopped
2 tbspMinced garlic
1 tbspBeef-flavored bouillon
- granules
3 cupWater
2 1/2 cupCooked pinto beans
2 can(28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- un-drained
1 can(6 oz) tomato paste
3 tbspChili powder
2 tspGround cumin
2 Bay leaves
1/8 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1/2 cupChopped green onions
Procedures:
1Coat a large dutch oven with cooking spray, place over medium heat until hot.
2Add turkey, cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
3Drain turkey in a colander.
4Wipe dutch oven dry with a paper towel.
5Re-coat dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
6Add green peppers, onion, jalapeno pepper and garlic; saute until tender.
7Add turkey to dutch oven.
8Dissolve bouillon in water; add to dutch oven with beans and next 7 ingredients.
9Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
10Remove and discard bay leaves.
11Ladle hot chili into a large serving bowl; top with chopped green onions.
12Yield 12 cups.
