Ingredients:
3 tbspVegetable oil
1/2 cupFinely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic
-peeled and crushed
15 ozCan tomato sauce
6 ozCan tomato paste minus
-3 Tablespoons
2 tspSugar
1/2 tspDried thyme leaves
1/2 tspDried rosemary leaves
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Place oil and onions in a deep, 1 ?quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
2Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 3 minutes or until onions are tender.
3Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine well.
4Heat, covered, in microwave oven 6 minutes or until sauce bubbles
