Ingredients:
9 lbsGound beef or turkey
5 largeOnions, finely chopped
2 largeBell peppers, finely chopped
3 Celery, finely chopped
3 Garlic, finely chopped
5 tbspWorcestershire sauce
4 Chili mix
2 tbspCumin
2 tbspOregano
2 tbspChili powder
5 cupWater
2 Rotel tomatoes, diced
2 canTomato sauce
2 canWhole tomatoes
2 canHunt's special sauce
-tomatoes
2 bn Green onions, finely chopped
5 canVan kamps kidney beans
1/2 cupChili peppers, chopped
1 Salt, to taste
Procedures:
1Brown meat completely, then drain.
2Add onions, peppers, celery, garlic and worcestershire sauce.
3Let simmer about 5 minutes.
4Add all remaining
5ingredients except green onions, beans, and chili peppers.
6Simmer on
7medium to low heat for about 5 hours.
8Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another hour.
9The longer you cook it the better it gets.
10Serve with
11corn chips or crackers.
