| large | Bell peppers, finely chopped | | 3
| | Celery, finely chopped | | 3
| | Garlic, finely chopped | | 5
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 4
| | Chili mix | | 2
| tbsp | Cumin | | 2
| tbsp | Oregano | | 2
| tbsp | Chili powder | | 5
| cup | Water | | 2
| | Rotel tomatoes, diced | | 2
| can | Tomato sauce | | 2
| can | Whole tomatoes | | 2
| can | Hunt's special sauce | | | -tomatoes | | | 2 bn Green onions, finely chopped | | 5
| can | Van kamps kidney beans | | 1/2
| cup | Chili peppers, chopped | | 1
| | Salt, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown meat completely, then drain. | | 2 | Add onions, peppers, celery, garlic and worcestershire sauce. | | 3 | Let simmer about 5 minutes. | | 4 | Add all remaining | | 5 | ingredients except green onions, beans, and chili peppers. | | 6 | Simmer on | | 7 | medium to low heat for about 5 hours. | | 8 | Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another hour. | | 9 | The longer you cook it the better it gets. | | 10 | Serve with | | 11 | corn chips or crackers. | | 12 | Serves 30-40 people |
