Ingredients:
2 lbsGround beef
1 largeOnion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 can(8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cupWater
1 tbspChili powder
1/2 tspCayenne pepper
1/2 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tspOregano
1 tspGround cumin
2 clGarlic, finely chopped
1 tspSalt
1 can(16 oz) kidney beans
-drained and rinsed
Procedures:
1Heat cooker, brown meat, onion, and green pepper.
2Add remaining ingredients, except kidney beans.
3Close cover securely.
4Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.
5Cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
6Let pressure drop of its own accord.
7Stir in kidney beans and heat through.
