Almond shortbread cookies

Ingredients:
1 cupFlour, all-purpose
1/2 cupCornstarch
1/2 cupSugar, powdered
1 cupAlmonds, finely chopped
3/4 cupButter, softened
Procedures:
1Combine flour, cornstarch, and powdered sugar; stir in almonds.
2Add butter; blend with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms.
3shape dough into small balls.
4Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten each ball with lightly floured fork.
5Bake at 300 °F for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are only lightly browned.
