Ingredients:
1 cupOlive oil
4 Garlic cloves finely minced
1/2 tspSalt
1 tbspBlack pepper
1 cupJuice & pulp of sour oranges
1 tbspGround oregano
1 tbspBasil fresh & chopped
3 tbspChopped onion
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2Pour over pork, venison, or poultry.
3Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
