Ingredients:
1 cupGraham cracker crumbs
Sugar
1 tspCinnamon, divided
3 tbspMargarine, melted
16 ozCream cheese, softened
2 Eggs
1/2 tspVanilla extract
4 cupApple slices, thinly sliced
- peeled, about 2 ?lbs
- apples
1/2 cupPecans, chopped
Procedures:
1: preheat oven to 350°F.
2Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, ?teaspoon cinnamon and margarine in small bowl; mix well.
3Press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate.
4Bake crust 10 minutes.
5: beat together cream cheese and ?cup sugar in large bowl until well blended.
6Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
7Blend in vanilla; pour into crust.
8Combine remaining 1/3 cup sugar and remaining ?teaspoon cinnamon in large bowl.
9Add apples; toss gently to coat.
10Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese mixture.
11Sprinkle with pecans.
12: bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set.
13Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
14Refrigerate.
