Ingredients:

| oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 2

| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 4
| cup | Apple slices, thinly sliced | | | - peeled, about 2 ?lbs | | | - apples | | 1/2
| cup | Pecans, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | : preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, ?teaspoon cinnamon and margarine in small bowl; mix well. | | 3 | Press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate. | | 4 | Bake crust 10 minutes. | | 5 | : beat together cream cheese and ?cup sugar in large bowl until well blended. | | 6 | Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. | | 7 | Blend in vanilla; pour into crust. | | 8 | Combine remaining 1/3 cup sugar and remaining ?teaspoon cinnamon in large bowl. | | 9 | Add apples; toss gently to coat. | | 10 | Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese mixture. | | 11 | Sprinkle with pecans. | | 12 | : bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set. | | 13 | Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. | | 14 | Refrigerate. |
