Ingredients:

| cup | Sugar | | 3/4
| cup | Water | | 3
| large | Granny Smith Apples, peeled | | | - cored and pureed | | 1/4
| cup | Fresh Lemon Juice | | 2
| tbsp | Applejack | | | Pn Cinnamon | | | Pn Nutmeg |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine sugar and water in saucepan over med. high heat and stir til sugar is dissolved. | | 2 | Just before syrup comes to boil, remove from heat. | | 3 | Cool and chill. | | 4 | Add syrup to remaining ingred. and blend well. | | 5 | Finish in either ice cream maker or freezer. |
