Ingredients:
1/2 cupLemon juice
1/3 cupVegetable oil
1 tbspInstant minced onion
1 ea Clove garlic, finely minced
1 tbspSugar
2 tspTabasco sauce
2 tspChicken or beef bouillon
1 tspDried thyme
1/4 tspOregano dried
Procedures:
1In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ingredients.
2Add chicken, beef or pork.
3Cover.
4Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
5Remove meat from marinade.
6Grill or barbeque as desired, basting with marinade
