Ingredients:
2 cupSugar
1/2 cupFlour
1/2 cupCocoa
4 Eggs, beaten
1 cupButter, melted
1 tspVanilla
1 cupNuts, chopped (almonds or w
Procedures:
1Fat grams per serving: approx. cook time: 1:20 preheat oven to 325°F.
2Combine sugar, flour and cocoa in bowl.
3Stir in eggs, melted butter, vanilla and nuts.
4Place large pan of hot water in oven.
5Pour batter in buttered (" square cake pan.
6Place in larger pan, water should come halfway up the side.
7Bake 1 hour, 20 min. pudding is done when surface is lightly cracked and centre springs back when touched.
8Remove dish from larger pan to cool.
9Pudding has custard like consistency when it cools.
10Serve lukewarm or cut cold into squares.
11Good for chocolate lovers, a cross between a pudding & a brownie.
