Ingredients:

| | Bananas, ripe but not soft | | | Butter | | 3
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | | Rum, dark |

Procedures:
| 1 | Take 2 ripe, but not soft bananas and cut in half, then split lengthwise. | | 2 | Melt a few tablespoons butter over medium heat. | | 3 | Add 2-3 t brown sugar and stir. | | 4 | Add bananas. | | 5 | Cook until fairly warm and starting to soften (about 1 min).. | | 6 | Flip bananas and allow to cook an additional 30 seconds. | | 7 | Add rum (light or dark; dark has more flavor) to taste, and swirl in pan a bit. | | 8 | Allow to thicken slightly, remove from heat and serve. |
