Ingredients:
1 packYELLOW CAKE MIX
1/2 cupMARGARINE SOFTENED
1 xEGG
1 packFUDGE FROSTING SUPREME
3 eachSMALL BANANAS, SLICED
1 packUNFLAVORED GELATIN
3 tbspBOILING WATER
3 cupWHIPPING CREAM
8 ozCREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2In a large bowl, combine cake mix, margarine and egg.
3Mix at low speed until crumbly.
4Press into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
5Bake at 350°F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
6Cool completely.
7Spread ?cup frosting over the crust, reserving the remaining frosting for later use.
8Arrange the bananas in a single layer over the frosting.
9Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
10In a large bowl combine dissolved gelatin and frosting.
11Beat until well mixed.
12Add cream cheese and 1/3 of the whipped cream.
13Beat until smooth.
14Spread evenly over the bananas.
15Top with the remaning whipped cream.
16Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
