| 1 | Combine butter, sugar and milk in a large pan and stir until dissolved. |
| 2 | Stir a few times until it comes to a boil. |
| 3 | Cover and let boil for five minutes without stirring. |
| 4 | Remove from heat. |
| 5 | Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. |
| 6 | Add chocolates, one at a time until melted. |
| 7 | Add vanilla extract and nuts. |
| 8 | Pour into a lightly greased ten by fifteen inch pan. |
| 9 | Refrigerate and cut into small squares. |
