Ingredients:
16 oz. Jar Whole Spiced*
3 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese**
1 tspMilk***
2 dropRed Food Coloring****
1/3 cupChopped, Toasted Pecans
Bunch Parsley or Watercress
Procedures:
1*ingredient list should read: 1 16-oz.
2Jar whole spiced crabapples, drained.
3**ingredient list should read: 1 3-oz.
4Pkg.
5Cream cheese, softened.
6***ingredient list should read: 1-2 tsps. milk.
7****ingredient list should read: 2-3 drops red food coloring.
8In small bowl, combine cream cheese, milk and food coloring.
9Mix until smooth and creamy.
10Frost each apple, using scant teaspoonful of cheese mixture, half-way up sides, covering bottom of apple.
11Dip bottoms of apples in chopped pecans.
12Arrange apples in wreath of parsley or watercress around meat.
13I have never tried this recipe.
