Pineapple willie's jack daniel's bbq sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 largeOnion, minced
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
3/4 cupJack Daniel's Whiskey
2 cupCatsup
1/3 cupVinegar
1/4 cupWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 cupBrown Sugar, packed
3/4 cupMolasses
1/2 tspBlack Pepper
1/2 tbspSalt
1/4 cupTomato Paste
2 tbspLiquid Smoke
1/3 tspTabasco
Procedures:
1Combine onion, garlic, and jack daniel"s whiskey in a 3-quart saucepan.
2Saute" until onion and garlic are translucent, approximately 10 minutes.
3Remove from heat and light mixture; flame for 20 seconds.
4Add all remaining ingredients.
5Bring to a boil, then turn down to a medium simmer.
6Simmer 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
7Run sauce through a medium strainer to remove onion and garlic bits if you prefer a smoother sauce.
8Cool and enjoy.
9Note: this sauce gets better with age.
10If time permits, keep it in the refrigerator a day or so to develop a deeper, richer taste.
