Campbell soup - sweet and sour soup

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsRaw chicken breast
1/4 tspSalt
1 tbspCornstarch
3 tbspWater
1 tbspSoy sauce
2 canBeef broth
1 canWater
1/2 cupSliced mushrooms & liquid
2 tbspVinegar
1 tbspSugar
Lemon slices
Procedures:
1Skin chicken with sharp knife; cut into 2 inch long slices.
2Sprinkle with salt.
3Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water and soy sauce, combine with beef broth and water.
4Bring to boil; stir often; add chicken, mushrooms and liquid, vinegar, and sugar.
5Heat; simmer 5 minutes.
6Serve with a slice of lemon in each bowl, a cruet of vinegar on the table.
