Ingredients:

| lbs | Raw chicken breast | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 3
| tbsp | Water | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 2
| can | Beef broth | | 1
| can | Water | | 1/2
| cup | Sliced mushrooms & liquid | | 2
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar | | | Lemon slices |

Procedures:
| 1 | Skin chicken with sharp knife; cut into 2 inch long slices. | | 2 | Sprinkle with salt. | | 3 | Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water and soy sauce, combine with beef broth and water. | | 4 | Bring to boil; stir often; add chicken, mushrooms and liquid, vinegar, and sugar. | | 5 | Heat; simmer 5 minutes. | | 6 | Serve with a slice of lemon in each bowl, a cruet of vinegar on the table. | | 7 | Submitted by jane knox on 09-12-9 |
